Located in a quiet residential neighborhood two miles north of the zocalo or main plaza, two blocks from Avenida Zapata (with all public transportation) seven blocks walk from Cuernavaca's best language school, Universidad Internacional described below, and with radio taxi service available within five to ten minutes. The pool is not heated in December and January.

24 hour security at street entrance. This lovely villa contains three rental units, two small studios and one large studio, all with a view of the heated swimming pool and the mountains.All units are completely furnished including color cable television, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, complete kitchen utensils, bottled water, all linens, and twice weekly maid service.

All three units share the telephone (777) 317-54-88. An iron and ironing board are available on the premises. You need not bring a thing except some favorite spices and a portable radio. You will need a telephone credit card to avoid a large phone deposit. No extra charge for high speed cable internet access for your laptop

BALCONY SUITE: LARGE STUDIO (Occupied Indefinitely)

Sleeps three comfortably, four if needed. There is a double bed in the studio and a day bed that converts to two singles in the entry room. Full size bath, closet, kitchenette, dining table and chairs, living area with sofa and chairs, and a large balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, garden, and pool .

PRICE: $335 US dls per week, $585 per two weeks, $735 per three weeks, $885 per month.

TERRACE SUITE: SMALL STUDIO

Sleeps two in twin beds or king size. Two flights from street level and one flight above the garden, it features a lovely outdoor terrace and a large picture window overlooking the pool .It has a small living room, full bath, and kitchenette.
PRICE: $285 US per week, $485 per two weeks, $660 per three weeks, $785 per month.

GARDEN SUITE: SMALL STUDIO

Sleeps two in twin beds or king size. The same size as the terrace suite inside but larger living space because of a large-covered attached kitchen in the garden. It is three floors from street level but right in the garden and closest to the pool with a large picture window overlooking the pool.

PRICE: $285 US per week, $485 per two weeks, $660 per three weeks, $785 per month.

EXTRA BEDROOM Opposite the terrace suite is a small bedroom with double bed and large bath but no cooking facilities, suitable for guests of tenants for $20 US per night.

N.B. Because this villa is built on a ravine with many steps and terraces, it is not a safe environment for young children.

RESERVATIONS:
